A small studio that gives a damn

We're a US web studio that stays small on purpose. Fewer clients, more attention, and work we're happy to put our name on. Here's how we think.

Why we do this

We got tired of pretty, useless websites

You've seen them. Sites that win design points and do nothing for the business paying for them. We started TrustedOceans to build the other kind: sites that treat looking good as the starting line, not the finish.

So we keep things small. We answer our own emails. We don't outsource your project to a stranger halfway around the world and hope it comes back okay. When you hire us, you get the actual people who'll design and build your site.

We're US-based and work remotely with businesses all over the country. Close enough to get how your market works, small enough to genuinely care how it turns out for you.

What we believe

How we actually work

Not slogans for a wall. These are the rules we hold ourselves to on every project.

Results beat decoration

Good-looking is the baseline. We judge our work by what it does for your business, not by how clever it is.

Honesty, even when it stings

If a smaller project serves you better, we'll say so. The clue is in our name.

We respect your time

Clear timelines, quick replies, and meetings that have a point. We move fast without cutting corners.

The details matter

Spacing, load time, how a button feels on a phone. The small things are what make a site feel trustworthy.

Partners, not vendors

We take time to understand your business so our advice is still useful long after launch day.

Never quite finished

A website is a living thing. We keep nudging it forward so it gets better over time, not staler.

The people

Who you'll actually work with

A small senior team, not a sales rep handing you off. The folks you meet on the first call are the ones building your site.

People collaborating around a laptop

Between us we cover the whole thing: strategy and the questions that shape the project, design that's clean and easy to use, and engineering that's fast and built to last. No big departments, no telephone game, no "let me check with the team and get back to you."

You get a direct line to the people doing the work, and straight answers when you ask for them.

Real names, photos, and short bios are going right here soon. We'd rather put up the real thing than a stock smile.

The short version
“Hire a big agency and you're a line item. Hire a freelancer and you're hoping they don't vanish. We try to be the good bit in the middle: small enough to care, steady enough to count on.”
